I guess that the best way to loose weight is to eat a balanced diet and to get regular exercise. But don't deny your body food cravings. The more you deny it, the more you eat when you do eat that food. I also used to have a lot of stomach issues so I started to eat smaller but for frequent meals throughout the day. Instead of three big meals, I ate five moderate sized meals. It helped with my stomach problems and I also lost a few pounds. :] Good luck!
