Where can I get a good capture card for an Xbox 360?

I'm looking to buy a capture card that can record audio and video from my xbox 360 gameplay, and I can't seem to find anything. The local Best Buy didn't even know what a capture card was, so I guess I have to order off the internet. I'm looking for quality but not too picky.
